Amanda was so awesome! She was so helpful and flexible with us as we navigated the decision between a new build vs existing home. She is friendly, warm, and so easy to work with. She was prepared with the important facts on many of the houses while we viewed them which was just nice to have that information in the moment rather than after the fact. She was quick to respond and over all just such a delightful person to work with!
Amanda is the best! We have experienced both buying and selling a home with her and felt informed throughout the process. She already had the connections we needed from a reputable inspector, contractors, photographers, pest control and more. She set everything up for us and was easy to get in touch with and have our questions answered quickly. She accommodated our extremely busy schedule and made the process seamless.
Amanda helped us find a home in Sahuarita in January. She walked us thru the process with ease since we were buying it while living in another state. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Sometimes I wish I had more money to buy a house just so I could do this all over again with Amanda. she worked so incredibly hard to find us our home and kept me sane through what is such a stressful process. Her expertise really kept us at ease and was the reason everything worked out for us. So thankful for her!
