I've been seeing Amanda for almost 5 years now, and she's truly an incredible therapist. I've grown so much from what we have worked on in our sessions, and I always leave feeling hopeful and a little lighter. She asks really thoughtful and meaningful questions, doesn't sugar coat anything, but is still very validating. She is also queer-affirming! Her office is also very cozy and warm.

My husband and I were looking for help and called Amanda, thinking we could set up an appointment. Sadly, we didn’t even get a call back. Such a disappointment, especially when it comes to mental and emotional health.
I saw Amanda year ago when I was going through some family drama in addition to my depression. Amanda helped me to develop different strategies to deal with my problems. She also helped me to me more mindful and re frame my thinking. I would highly recommend her , especially if you are resistant to therapy like I was. Therapy works!
