My policy was cancelled after 1 homeowners claim. No explanation even after I called. Even worse, the local office did nothing to help me and explain to Corporate the changes that were made to the property after the claim. Amanda would not even talk to me, just had her office help say it was cancelled with no explanation. Go somewhere else!
I went to Jennifer Noll for a couple words of advice on a financial matter and she took the time to sit down with me and explain to me the best options for my situation. She saved me money and made me feel confident in my decisions. I'm confident, as well, in my relationship with her for future decisions. So happy.
