We worked with Amanda over several months and from a different state. She was so helpful and kind. She helped us navigate the differences between Indiana and our home state. Her communication skills and knowledge are excellent. She was organized and stayed in contact with people who were doing inspections, other realtors, and loan and closing officers. We had a wonderful experience with Amanda Braden as our agent. All of our closing preparations had to happen while we were still in Colorado. She took the time to make this experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for us. We have moved many times before and this was the most detail orientated closing process to date.
