If i could give this zero stars I would. I picked this particular Dr. Because she was close to my home, under my insurance plan and i heard such wonderful things about her. When i called the office to make an appointment i was told that i would have to be in a membership program in order to see her and it would cost me 200 bucks a month. I have been i the medical field for 20 years and i have never heard of such a thing. Of she doesn't take UnitedHealth she shouldn't be listed as a provider
Very good service Dr Bacchus Morris is very professional. She will make you feel very comfortable.She is easy to talk to about anything. She doesnt rush you through things and listens to what you tell her. And she does what ever it takes to make you better!
The Drs are amazing but when you leave the ER and are told you need a STAT follow up the front office shouldn’t be giggling on the phone and carrying on with the UPS man while listening! Be a little more professional you have patients who are scared and concerned!!!!!!
Dr. Bacchus is an amazing PCP not to mention how AMAZING her whole staff is. Melissa who works directly for Dr. Bacchus is the most reliable MA I have ever encountered. They get things done in a timely manner and any issues that occur, I am informed right away. I'm very satisfied with what this office has to offer and will continue to be a patient and refer others.
