All the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Trucksess is very personable and takes the time to explain the procedure. She clearly reviews the results and provides guidance for actions for the patient to take.
Dr Trucksess was very pleasant and quite personable. Dr Trucksess thoroughly explained the processes of the procedure that I was to receive. I felt very comfortable and actually enjoyed my appointment.
Dr Trucksess is a masterful pain management physician. I’ve been a patient for years. She is kind, caring , incredibly knowledgeable. Always takes the time to listen to address all of my issues. Skilled with using the latest , cutting edge technology. Always follows up to make sure you are feeling better. She’s the best. I wouldn’t trust any other doctor.
She’s a fine Dr, but the office staff and support staff are horrendous. Unpleasant, slow, and difficult to reach. It shouldn’t be so difficult to get a receipt for a bill that I paid.
