Absolutely love her! Super professional, considerate, communicative and efficient
Horrible communication with results. I've been going to this practise for about a year and I've constantly had to call and remind them to call me with results or follow up questions. It's almost the end of January and I've been waiting for results from labs done at the end of December. I called to request an update and was told I would get a call back within a couple of days and still nothing. I'm not wasting my time here anymore.
Dr. Antonio is incredibly unprofessional and I cannot believe I brought my daughter to meet her for a first appointment. In October of 2023 Dr. Antonio is still wearing a mask (the only person of 30 employees in the office), and also wearing a "pride progress flag" pin. I'm not sure why your political beliefs need to come into meeting my 3 year old, but this is shocking to see in Brevard County, FL. I have been a pt of Dr Antonio since she replaced the previous MD who I was a pt for 23 years. I dont go to the doctor often. For my annual physical or if I am ill. I have a pretty high pain tolerance and usually try to kick illness on my own. I had an appt to see one of Dr Antonios NPRN because I had some nagging soreness in my right shoulder. Went for my yearly visit with Dr. Antonio, they charged me for an additional visit because i discussed my health concerns. Isn't that the point of a yearly physical???!!! I won't be going back.
