I attempted to contact Cindy multiple times as I was hoping to schedule a first appointment with her. She never got back to me. Noticed that reviews are about 5 years old. Maybe no longer working or something. Would have been nice to get a response to my various out reach efforts.
Electrolysis is always a painful procedure for me, but Cyndi is so calm and such a good person to have a conversation with that the time honestly flies by. She is also very accommodating with scheduling and rescheduling. My grandmother, mother, and I both went to her for our facial hair, and I would recommend her to anybody in Massachusetts.
