Terrible communication skills. I emailed twice via the form on their website and once via facebook messenger about an incorrect bit profile in their online catalog. After several weeks I still have not received a response. I had also asked about a bit that I believe was defective, but they refuse to respond to any attempts at communication. The other Amana bits I have seem to be of good quality, but I haven't had them long enough to properly judge them. I'm doing this based on just one saw blade, a glue line rip blade 10". It's the best blade I've ever used. Absolutely LOVE it. Better price that Forrest and higher quality cuts. That's saying a lot.
Customer service when calling 631-752-1300 is terrible. The receptionist/operator must have had something else to do but was very short, and quick to express that she would not write down a part number for the person who answers technical questions.
