Poor customer service, booked and pulled in with my car today . Told me as soon as I got out my car(not greeting no nothing) owner just said it’s wouldn’t pass due to it being to loud, the exhaust is a stock evo x mr Edition passed everywhere else? it’s got certificates for everything done and is covered by Insurance. battery is relocated in boot and he saw that and just said it’s to much for him take somewhere else. Unreal and unprofessional experience.
Poor customer service. And also Don't the prices for service, just giving high price . Think that customer is Fool.
Very bad experience. Such a disrespectful staff . Don't even know simple talking or communication skills. They even don't deserve one star. Don't go to them if you love your car and your dignity . Ruined my day.

I've been taking my vehicles to Amen services for about 20 years, I've always found them very friendly and pleasant to deal with, thier work is very thorough and of a high standard, i have recommended them to close friends and family who use them still to this day : )
