I find Dr. Pierson always willing to listen and consider my opinion and concerns. She has been responsive when I have contacted her on mychart as well. My most recent issue is quite puzzling and she has been very good about including me in decisions. She is very easy to talk to and I cannot always say that about physicians. Wait time can be a bit long sometimes though recently there has not been an issue. I have and will continue to recommend her to others.
Dr. Barber has treated me for at least 25 years. He is extremely talented, kind, genuine and I my opinion the best cardiologist in Wilmington, NC and beyond!
When my Moms doctor..left and went to Richmond she was passed to Dr.A...horrible experience...ahe stopped giving my Mom the shots she needed and had been recieving for years because ahe disagreed with moms previous Dr..we left and went to Dr Berkowitz..

Dr Rao is an exceptional doctor and she has excellent staff. I was put at ease and all my questions were answered. Dr Roa recommended that I go for some tests and afterwards she and her staff followed up on my results. I would highly recommend her to family, friends and anyone looking for a heart doctor because she is an excellent choice. Dr. Rao is very knowledgeable and really has a heart and is interested in her job and gives excellent care to her patients.
Dr. Melin did my L4 L5 fusion surgery in 2022 and did an excellent job. Very professional and caring. Took plenty of time with me every appointment and made me feel I was his only patient. I need another surgery and found out today that he has retired so my heart is broken and don’t know where I will go. He’s always been referred to as the best neurosurgeon in Wilmington and that came from HOSPITAL staff.
Not caring or through. Does not listen to patients.
He is one of the kindest, most professional and thorough doctors around anywhere. I trust him completely with my health issues.
