Management are promising care that is outstanding but clear and issue are not being addressed. This morning found out from a social worker that Aman care ltd are closing with immediate effect. The council said that Razia or Fasial have assured that they have informed all there service users have been informed. This is a lie only the direct paying service users have been informed that the bank details have changed. I have been with this care company for 5 year's and this is how they treat you. I have a son with special needs and we were referred to this care company for additional support. The manager (Rob) has been fantastic with communication, and he is very understanding. Rob allocated us a carer that he felt would be suitable for my son. The carer that we have been allocated has been very kind and patient. Thank you for your support Aman Care!
