They want clean trailers! The truck parking lot is filthy, just like the business itself. Loading time is always a few hours after your appointment. I don't want to come here again.
If you ever get a load to this place, unless you're desperate or they're paying 4 dollars a mile minimum dont even bother to come. Wait time is ridiculous & really unprofessional. Wait time at 6 hours now and still haven't been loaded. Line hasn't moved at all. Update: took 10 hours to get called to a dock, when I got here it was only 1 truck in front of me
Avoid at all costs, it's just not worth it. They can't keep employees, so there's always a new guy being trained. Get here during the day, before 1500 you're golden. Day shift is fast, very efficient. After 1500, just refuse the load if possible.
Loader operators absolutely suck, especially loading shreds. They’ll load you so much to the point where you struggle to put on your tarp, mind you it cost absolutely nothing to smash the load down with the bucket of the loader … and if you let them know not to load you so much like that they get mad and refuse to load you normal lol. Never in my life and out of all places I have been, have I seen worse loader operators
