Staff is great 10 out of 10 2 stars off for messy plant. The entire plant is a dirt lot )) 1. Pull to a dirt lot with scary mudy parking lot, right where is a big sign "truck entrance" 2. Check in with guard 3. Go to scale and printout your weight 4. Find a safe way to your dock 😃 5. Slide your tandems all the way back, chock your wheels once in door. 6. Scale on a way out 7. Gtfo 😂
You should get your employees to drive safer at the twin falls location. There's kids and livestock there. I'm tired of them hot dogging while there pulling out. My fence and mailbox has been hit because of this. They almost cause wrecks daily. Yall need to fix this issue before someone gets seriously hurt
This is a disguted parking lot for OTR drivers i have ever been in to ... this is a dump field not a food processing company i will never go back there ... i got loaded from there this morning shit i have used a towl to wipe my shoes in order for me to go back in my truck ...
Took a while to get a dock door but loaded very quickly, like 30 minutes maybe even a bit less. The scale only shows gross weight not axle weight. Also this place smells like a corn field, I really needed to take a shower and change my clothes afterwards.
