I retired from the Nyssa plant when it closed and started drawing my pension. Everything went good until Empower took over. Never received my payment for June which was the first month for Empower to pay. The office lady at the Nyssa plant went out of her way to help me. She called Empower while I was there and got a lady we could not understand and was no help at all.
