When people complain about customer service, they don't know about the other side of the story. These people are hard workers, and I understand that I'm not the only customer. I understand that I can't just pop out of the blue and ask to withdraw 10k without a heads up or give an explanation. Yeah they ran out of cash recently, and I saw some guys get pissy about it. Awful service. Understaffed. They take 20 minutes per customer to delay people from withdrawing cash before they close at 4pm.
This has to be the worst banking experience I've ever encountered in my life🤣. There are third world banks with more usability. Your ATM card is just that, an ATM card, not a debit card. Debit card? What's that? Good luck withdrawing more than $200 a day from any ATM. Want to transfer funds online to another bank? NOPE can't do that neither.
