somebody just gave me a $200 gift card for this place. Neither the pop-up or the regular restaurant exists. Apparently they're happy to sell gift cards though
Beautiful location with an amazing water view — that’s the highlight here. The food, when it finally arrived, was good, though we were disappointed to learn the pasta isn’t homemade — especially at $50 a plate, we expected it would be. They had hidden fees for our 6 people event in which we had email evidence that we did not want to have a private event. We ended up paying more that 100 per person for CHICKEN PARM. And the name says cocktails but they are not allowed to sell alcohol. Not recommended at all
The venue and food may be okay, but the management completely ruined our experience. We were planning what should have been a wonderful wedding celebration and were explicitly told that a private event would cost an additional $500. We clearly declined the private-event option( and we have emails proving it). Despite this, they still added the $500 charge to our bill after the meal. Love the atmosphere of Amalfi. Feels upscale and casual at the same time. The pasta with crab meat is amazing. I would love to see a vegetarian main course on the menu. The already have a pasta an option with vegetables or truffles would make this a 5 stars for me.
