Frequent package thefts are not addressed properly. the package room is a mess most of the time. access to the locker has been compromised and has changed few times . still not adequate to keep thieves incheck. i am at loss as i have package delivery proof, leasing team suggested to raise a police complaint.
I recently moved to my fourth unit at Amalfi. I’ve enjoyed trying out different floors for the balcony views while taking advantage of the move-in offers. David, our leasing consultant for this move, was amazing as usual. He made the process incredibly easy by handling the background work and documentation before our visit, making our time in the leasing office very efficient. He is very knowledgeable and prompt. I had tours in Amalfi lately. Leasing consultants Larry and David were all very patient and nice to show me the community during the tours. Other leasing team members were helpful too. Amalfi is a nice community, warm and spacious. leasing team is friendly. It is good that I don’t have to deal with AI leasing assistant here!
I wish I can give a 0 star. The Amalfi office scheduled a mandatory water inspection on February 17th & February 18th. According to the notice, they will force to enter every resident’s unit. Actually this is the first year I moved into this apartment, yet the Amalfi management has entered every apartment for four times for MANDATORY inspections, which is far more frequent than any other apartment I lived in before. Love this place! Kevin at the office is always accommodating us. The maintenance ppl Elmer and his team always so sweet! We been living here for a few years and it’s awesome!
