Very bad property management! Just parking at Guest Parking 15 mins. My car got towed away!!!! Why Guest parking also needs Guest registration !!! Yes, if u don’t read Everything with small tiny words on the sign!!! Why Guest have to take so many responsible! Never live here since ur Guest won't like it, won't come to ur house any more!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with how Amalfi Apartments in Milpitas handled a recent towing incident. I registered my vehicle (Volkswagen ID.4) correctly on the evening of June 28, but accidentally mistyped one digit in the license plate (an 8 instead of a 9). Everything else was correct the make, model, and other details matched. Despite this honest mistake, my car was towed, and I had to pay $530 to get it back. Luxury apartment, peaceful environment, friendly staff, and excellent maintenance team!
The Amalfi management team emailed residents again about another in-unit inspection. Basically they come into your apartment every single month for different reasons and sometimes they need more than one day. I understand that some inspections are necessary, but this is way too frequent and it’s disruptive. How would you feel if strangers kept asking to enter your home at unpredictable times?
