Absolutely shitty place, don’t get fooled by their offer, it is indeed switch and bait. The manager doesn’t care about your comfort nor care about providing the amenities and quite enjoyment. Also maintenance is in horrible condition. In 2+ years of living there, we did not have access to elevator for over 7-8 months, while it was available full of dog vomit and pee in elevator is common occurrence. Extremely poor communication and management by the property managers. They overcharged my water bill for two months due to facility damages resulting in a leak. The tenants had to front the additional water charges, with the charges being over 4x the normal charge. Management refused to assist with resolving the incorrect charges and refused to respond to any queries, whether it was by phone, by email or in-person.
Very bad property management! Just parking at Guest Parking 15 mins. My car got towed away!!!! Why Guest parking also needs Guest registration !!! Yes, if u don’t read Everything with small tiny words on the sign!!! Why Guest have to take so many responsible! Never live here since ur Guest won't like it, won't come to ur house any more!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with how Amalfi Apartments in Milpitas handled a recent towing incident. I registered my vehicle (Volkswagen ID.4) correctly on the evening of June 28, but accidentally mistyped one digit in the license plate (an 8 instead of a 9). Everything else was correct the make, model, and other details matched. Despite this honest mistake, my car was towed, and I had to pay $530 to get it back.
