Whenever I have gone in to see Dr Ambati, she has always been very attentive, pleasant and informative. However, on Friday February 6th, I was suffering intense pain in my ankles from lupus. I called in to the office to find if I could get some relief and the phone just rang and rang and rang until it disconnected. This happened to me four different times at different intervals during the day. It would be nice if they at least had some kind of answering service to pass on my problems and concerns.
