She was super helpful, incredibly sweet, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. LOVED her! :)
Disappeared from the practice. All of a sudden received a call that my appointment needed to be rescheduled with a different provider. Office is unhelpful, especially since Dr. Khalil left, have to argue with them every month to get my prescription refilled. No response to voicemails or portal messages.
This doctor is dismissive, rushed, doesn't listen to patient concerns and doesn't take time to fully explain diagnoses or prescriptions. She treats patients like she is knowledgeable and they are not.
She is tends to call off the day of appointments ( the 2nd time that this has happened) and you may or may not get a call letting you know. After you drive almost 30 mins to the appointment you get the oh we called you..No you didn't on either phone number, nor a text or a message on the beaumont mychart app. The receptionist is rude and is of no assistance..I found a new the same day. I can't keep taking off work for Dr's who don't want to work.
I don't recommend her AT ALL.
