Never got past making the appointment. The girl at the front desk was horrible, maybe new, but if not really has no idea what she is doing. I explained I had medicare as primary and NYSHIP as secondary. She insisted she only needed the NYSHIP number, but I explained she needed to file with medicare first and NYSHIP second. She pretended to take the medicare number down, but I actually could tell she was not really doing it, because all my other info she repeated back to me as I was saying it. I immediately got a good feeling when I walked into Amagansett Dermatology. The front desk crew is friendly and efficient. Wait time was very short. Dr. Vine and the rest of the staff are thorough, kind and made me feel comfortable right away as I was a new patient.
Terrible experience the front desk staff was rude. They refused to see my baby after I was told by the pediatricians office that they could just bill me for the appointment since my daughter is a new born and didn’t have her insurance card yet. So when I got there and they told me they couldn’t send me a bill they then sent me a bill for a $75 cancellation fee. My child wasn’t even seen but I have to pay $75 for a miscommunication is wrong.
Since the start her staff including her were super nice and welcoming. Nina was super helpful with my needs! Definitely recommend seeing her if you visit this office
Dr. Vine is great and her two NP's Nina and Kristie are both awesome.
