We had a high pressure leak inside the wall on the 2nd floor. Due to water seeping into the subfloor upstairs, we would need to replace the master bath vanity and flooring... plus a good portion of our downstairs kitchen and hardwood bamboo flooring that transitioned into the dining room/living room was ruined as well.
