A thing of beauty! I had a very unusual situation that is too complicated to get into here, but Matt and Travis took care of the problem politely and professionally. They removed a very dangerous massive tree branch without harming anything around it. And it was surrounded with hazards. I highly recommend them for tree services. Good men doing good work.
My recently experience with Amador Tree Service left much to be desired. When I reached out to discuss scheduling an appointment, the owner was polite but informed me he had no availability that week and expected "me" to call him back at a later time.... Rich, Matt and their team removed nine trees, three of them being monster bull pines and having to work around fencing and other obstacles. They did a great job taking out the trees around these obstacles, cleaning up the work areas and hauling off the resulting timber. Rich and Matt understand what customer service means (unfortunately an art that has become lacking in today society) and practice it very well.
