Do not call for crisis. Here’s how they like to handle calls: Are you suicidal? If yes, they try to call law enforcement. If no, they don’t know how to handle it. I could give you several stories but for now I’ll just say that while what triggered my PTSD would not have triggered anyone without sympathy towards those with mental illnesses, I was triggered. No dignity. Just better off punching a wall or calling 911. No point in calling these people for anything. They don’t care.

Awful. Took my wife to get help and they treated me like a criminal. I felt completely villainized. I'm glad she is away from them. Horrible .they made the worst time of our lives even harder. No stars

It's just very unhelpful, repetitive, ... read more

It takes 2 to 4 months to ween off, then the nurse said they offered me clonazapam, of course i woulda taken it, they said I refused it. Lies. Why would I rather have siezers and I have agoraphobia. They need a real dr but no one formally complains to the office but me! PLEASE TELL THE 9FFICE TO MAK3 FORMAL C8MPLAINTS OR THEY'LL NEVER GET RID OF HER! My friend went in with sev... read more
