I had a neck lift and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Amadi, and unfortunately, my experience after surgery has been disappointing, particularly when it comes to follow-up and communication. Excellent experience from the first contact through the consultation. The clinic responded very quickly to my online inquiry and maintained clear, helpful email and text communication, including appointment reminders. The doctor was informative and answered my questions thoroughly at the consult. Although ultimately the clinic was unable to take the case, they refunded the consultation fee and provided a detailed, helpful local referral, which I greatly appreciated.
I absolutely love coming to Amadi for my treatments. I see Holly in Mercer Island, and she is so thoughtful and attentive to detail. She takes time to walk me through the process and understand exactly what I am wanting done. I always love my results.
