I wanted to like it because all the people are super nice and they were able to take me without an appointment. However, they overcharged me a lot. I’ve gotten full highlights done at several other places in the area including expensive and less expensive places and was never asked to pay $500 for just highlights and toner. I didn’t even get a haircut and the hairdresser told me it was so expensive because he had to pay the owner a percentage. I don’t think that’s fair though and wish I would’ve asked before he started. The booking experience is so bad, numbers are all over the place and no coherence of communication and scheduling. Last but not the least, they ask you to book in advance and ask for Tip straightaway on Booksy. I mean no haircut, nothing to show and tip first? Beyond stupid honestly!
