Crystal allowed her caregiver to clock fraudulent charges when her employee was not in town. In addition, she allowed employees to clock hours after the client passed away. Unethical and illegal.

From the first phone conversation until the 3rd call, when I eventually got time to have a meaningful phone conversation. I had a really good encounter with Igor at Amada Senior Care. Igor was considerate, compassionate, and patient despite the fact that we aren't quite ready to begin services. Kay at Amada is amazing! She came to assess my dad for night time care because he has been falling a lot. She was kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, funny and very pleasant to deal with. She made me feel so much better knowing my dad would be well cared for during the night. Would highly recommend her and the team at Amada.
