Vickie did an amazing job. Not only did she take good care of my mom, but she also cleaned up the dishes when I hadn’t asked her to. She’s very kind every time she comes.
I have been working with Lisa and Nellie to get caretakers for my grandfather. They have been absolutely wonderful. Lisa has been incredibly kind, accommodating, responsive, and informative. She accommodated our family meeting with her later in the evening due to work schedules. She has connected us with information for resources to help with my grandfather's care. She has been genuinely empathetic and caring in all of our interactions. I feel very grateful to have the privilege of receiving their services.
I want to give Madalyn and Nellie both 5 stars with this company. As a caregiver you are so stressed and the service I received from both of them was excellent. I always felt safe leaving my husband with Madalyn who was soft spoken, kind, caring and just sat along side my husband. And Nellie, I had to deal with her alot with appts., changing appts. etc. and she was just always helpful, kind and patient with me as my scheduled changed multiple times.
