My mom has a long-term care insurance policy and Rick was extremely helpful in helping me deal with the insurance company to make sure the claim went through smoothly. I highly recommend using Amada for your home care, especially if you have long-term care insurance. They are a godsend!!!
I cannot say enough about Amada and specifically., Rick and Michelle at Amada. This company is compassionate, kind, professional, and on it. Rick, Michelle, and Yesenia are fantastic. I have been working with Amada for close to 2 years. First they took care of my step-dad through his cancer journey until he needed hospice care. They now take care of my 88 year old mom who suffers from chronic pain and is going theiugh cancer treatments as well. They REALLY work with you and your schedule as well as individual needs. I highly recommend Amada to take care of your elderly parents. I have peace of mind and know that she is safe.
