Ivis was very pleasant and gentle with mom. She thoroughly cleaned mom's bathroom and bedroom and my bedroom. Outstanding service that helps put mom at ease that place is tidy!
***** We have used Amada Senior Care for a month and have been very impressed by the quality of caregivers and administrative staff. We needed help and was able to have a wonderful caregiver (Lola) that evening. She is a doctor from Eastern Europe and was very knowledgeable about Parkinsons Disease which my wife has had for 17 years. (Unfortunatly for Amada she is now working at a hospital.) We began using Amada Care 4-5 weeks ago, for my mother/law who suffers from CNS Lymphoma, and Dementia. Amada is wonderful! We have an aide, Susette, who is AMAZING. She is patient, she is kind, she works so well with my mother/law. This is such a difficult time for my wife, and having Susette take some of the personal care duties from my wife, has been a blessing. The staff is also so helpful, they really make the entire process easy on the family. I highly recommend!!
Mitch and his team were so great to work with in our facility speaking to patients and their families to get the best care for when they leave back to their homes. Very professional, understanding of needs and easy to work with.
