The care givers were on time and took wonderful care of my family member. Don the owner takes person pride in his health care agency. First class senior care company. I highly recommend them.
I have known Don Pratt for over 20 years, you couldn't find a better person to lead a Senior Care company. He is so diligent and caring in whatever capacity he is in. I have been using Amada for my mother for 4 months now. It was hard to find a company that offers care for 1-2 times a week as my mother is healthy but still needs help with driving, meals and house cleaning. Amada is flexible so we have a caregiver once a week to help my mother. It has been a blessing for us esp when I’m traveling. We did have to switch caregivers as the first one was not attentive to her needs but Caprice was quick to resolve the situation and assign her a new caregiver.
