Terrible homecare. Do not trust. Comes across as professional and kind but is everything but. Oh an you must be able to speak several different languages to communicate. Oh and hide your check book and credit cards. Dishonest workers
Raquel is amazing to work with and is incredibly knowledgeable. She walks her clients through each step of the process, from their long term care insurance policies to their level of care. She is a huge stickler for customer service and this is one of the many aspects of her business that sets her apart from the rest!
