We recently had a need for a part-time caretaker/housekeeping assistant in our household. Two people had suggested I contact Amada Senior Care Columbus. The owner responded immediately, assessed our needs and scheduled Najila to help us out. Najila was absolutely a perfect match for our needs. Worst place to work for high turnover rates they don’t care about their employees nor the clients ;don’t trust your family to them .you will be disappointed tremendously

Not really a great place to work/book business with for your elderly family members the male supervisor/“boss” is very rude I don’t think you would want someone that is so rude to people to be around your elderly family members

We have had an outstanding experience with everyone at Amada Senior Care. From the initial meeting to the in-home care providers and the billing process, every aspect has been seamless. Their team is incredibly responsive and communicative, making it easy to work with them, which is essential when you're already navigating a challenging situation. We truly appreciate the personalized care and attention to detail they provide.

I was very lucky to have a primary and backup care provider for my mom. My mom was a hard sell to the idea and took sometime before she became welcoming to her provider. It was a blessing for me to know she had someone with her on days that I could not be. There was excellent communication between her provider and myself as well as the scheduler and myself .
