Amada has provided the most amazing care for my loved ones! No one wants tough times to come, but when they do and you need help, reaching out to Amada is the best thing you can do! Their compassion and wonderful help has made a difficult situation that much lighter. Amada was a terrible experience for me. I was depending on them for the care of my father who had a stroke and they overdosed his meds. The first day they came out to care for my father, the admin Katherine who does the care giver introduction, handed my father medication from his pill organizer in the initial 15 minutes there and overdosed him because he had already taken medication. Amada has been great ! They have helped me so much with my Dad! Shoutout to Cody and Katherine they have made everything so easy on me as a daughter of someone who needs caregiving ! They are Veteran owned as well! That makes a big difference to me , because I’m a daughter of a Vet!
The caregivers and office staff have always worked to accommodate my parents needs and wants. We are lucky to have them caring for my parents.
