Had to deal with a low level employee, that I need his permission, not the office. To access the electrical room which my company has keys for. The employees use the electrical room to change their clothes or hang out in. I told him to complain to Alfons about it.

I purchased a townhouse built by Amacon, and I would never do it again. Their construction quality is disappointing—they cut corners throughout the build, and their response to warranty issues is extremely slow. Our strata’s electrical room was left in a complete mess, filled with paint pails, drywall mud, and other debris, and they refused to clean it up. If you’re considering buying from Amacon, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

6 break-ins in 5 months on Alaska street. Management and strata did not take any action. Not a safe building to live. Not worth your money.

Slum lords. Their company website contains malware and their building in maple ridge is often without hot water and heat. It is also dirty and drafty, the property manager does not give a damn about the people living there.
