Terrible find somewhere else, anywhere. Can’t schedule any appointments correct or communicate if they been canceled. Also billing is terrible no communication there also. Would give zero stars if possible.
Are zero stars possible? After three appointments I have concluded that not only have they wasted my time, but they also seem to be completely full of crap when it comes to their diagnostic methods. The fact the that Dr also has an MBA should makes it clear to you, this is a business and not a healthcare facility. The state of the offices also shows that they do not care about their surroundings or image and frankly if I judged them based on the state of their offices, I should have just walked out at the first visit. Office has swapped appointment times repeatedly without so much as a courtesy phone call. Rude staff that work the front desk, hardly answer the phone. Inconsistent billing. Office also requires monthly telehealth visits to send in your script. Do yourself a favor and have your pcp take over refills/follow up care.
I have been going here for almost a year now for Migraines, and Melissa has been very patient with me and as helpful as I could expect. Trying to find out what works best, is something I have been dealing with for years
Do not use this office!!! Called several times and someone finally called me back, I literally said to the lady on the phone who did not speak very good English that I needed a neuro physc evaluation for my son. She literally said yes we do that! Mind you I had already called everywhere else for one and the wait list were so long and I need it for school for my son and can't wait months...
