Absolutely loved our experience with Christy at Amabella Birth Center! After a traumatic first birth at the hospital, this was the healing experience I needed with a wonderful water birth. Christy was responsive, easy to talk to and get in touch with, and I felt really seen and heard throughout the pregnancy. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very calming. We would absolutely choose Amabella again!
Midwife Christy has been amazing through my pregnancy and birth experience! I just had my first baby all naturally at this birthing center and it was nothing short of everything I asked for. I never wanted a hospital birth, in fears of being tied down, stuck with IVs and meds and the possibility of unnecessary procedures. Would not recommend. If I had not listened to my own instincts and found another midwife at a different practice myself and my baby could have died from an underlying condition that was not caught here. I brought my concerns up several times and was just brushed off as “normal pregnancy symptoms” this practice uses off brand cheap products and is extremely unprofessional saying they are like family and care and ask what your concerns are but then don’t actually listen to your concerns and just talk about their own issues.
Christy and the Amabella team were invaluable during our birthing experience. Both my husband and I felt very supported during my entire pregnancy, labor and post-partum experience. I trust Christy and her expertise immensely and will be going back to her if/when I become pregnant again! I am so grateful to have such a wonderful team of people so close to me, they made the whole experience much more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Amabella Birthing Center! After transferring from an OB/GYN office at 28 weeks, I couldn’t be happier with the personalized care we received from Christy.
