Wow! Amaalas delightful kitchen catered our staff training brunch today and oh my goodness it was DELICIOUS!!!!!! All of our staff were so happy and enjoyed every bit of it! Her staff came to setup and were so professional and everything looked amazing. They are stuck with us from now on!

Easy to partner with and design food selections for a recent birthday party. Amaala's catering was very professional, flavors and food preparation were delicious and enjoyed by all guests. The catering setup up and decorating service was very professional, prompt and communicated well both before and the day of the event. Would absolutely recommend and plan to use them again for upcoming event.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for Ms. Amaala's delightful kitchen and staff. They prepared a wonderful feast for my husband's 60th birthday party. They delivered the meal on time. The presentation was beautiful and the attention to details was excellent. The stars of the feast was the banana pudding, the mac and cheese and the fried tilapia.
