I purchased a pair of Mobius knee braces from this store. The young guy selling them had little product knowledge and it turns out they were sized incorrectly. I called the store several times talking to Paul the manager who assured me he would investigate a fix and get back to me asap. 1 month later and a few follow up calls and I am still waiting.
