AMA has the worst customer policy, especially more so when it comes with billing. Literally ready to pay the bill, but had to wait for over an hour only for them to inform me that I couldn't do it manually with them since it's taken out automatically from my bank account. The bank can be slow and you never know when it could be taken out of your account. The slowness can be an excruciating psychological wait. Forever on hold… imagine it’s 2025 and you can’t implement a call back service like every other company that is “busy” … Ridiculous. And the audio while waiting… 0 stars
