No service! They won’t be there for you when you need them either! Plus wait times are over 50 minutes. Excuses are not in short supply, for this mismanaged company!
First. I need to be clear that this place has friendly staff. This has nothing to do with the people that work there. This one star is to do with the overall company and inability to serve their customers. I wanted to purchase car insurance and I called on their number and was on hold for more than an hour for three days continuously. They never answer and when I went to book an appointment all of them were already booked. Worst customer service ever
I chose an insurance policy with AMA over another company's quote with a similar pricing after experiencing some of the best customer service with Onai A. I felt that she genuinely cared about my concerns and helped to alleviate them, providing clarifications. Greatly appreciate her doing a great job and leaving an awesome impression about AMA Insurance!
AMA has the worst customer policy, especially more so when it comes with billing. Literally ready to pay the bill, but had to wait for over an hour only for them to inform me that I couldn't do it manually with them since it's taken out automatically from my bank account. The bank can be slow and you never know when it could be taken out of your account. The slowness can be an excruciating psychological wait.
