Service so bad
Honestly, getting my auto insurance through Ceejay was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had. He didn’t just give me a quote and leave me to figure things out—he actually took the time to understand what I needed and explained everything in a way that made sense. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the help, Ceejay. Definitely someone I’d recommend if you want good service without the usual insurance headache.
Worst service that I have come across. Have to wait 2 weeks for even a response from an agent and when you get a response, "you are welcome to use another agent". Huh? I guess you can start picking your customers, great job peeps. A bar is definitely set.
