Worst service that I have come across. Have to wait 2 weeks for even a response from an agent and when you get a response, "you are welcome to use another agent". Huh? I guess you can start picking your customers, great job peeps. A bar is definitely set.
Your insurance department needs to be audit, need increase service efficiency... to many people do not answer, your website redesign to service online insurance QUICK.
Please improve your customer service assistance, nobody is that much free to put called hold for an hourss. Please hire people or improve the quality
Their new digital check in sucks. The touch screens don't work. Go somewhere else to spend your money. The 2.2 average rating is well deserved.
I switched my auto policy to AMA mypace and Taheer Vohra walked me to the process in detail and also very knowledgeable on the product he is selling . If you are not a member you can walk in and get an appointment for a later date . Overall it was a very professional experience with Taher from AMA Sunridge and my auto insurance rates are almost 80% down from my existing policy (I drive very less as I work from home)
