1 of the worse customer service i went to this branch and the service desk girl ignore me 1st 30 min and sad if any inquire call to customer service i call that number they put me on hold for 4 hr and disconnect phone
Zero starts for service. Got an quote online but have no option to buy it there. Call them and waited for 1.5 to 2 hours several times but keeps me in waiting. Tried to make an appointment but doesn’t work. Let me know what’s the correct procedure to buy your insurance.
