Very poor customer service
Very sad to see the reviews. I've experienced the same issues with long hold times on the phone, sent messages, no reply, tried to create an account multiple times, receive errors. I received a great quote that I want to action on the website or phone as I love in Victoria and can't go to an office. BCAA has a chat option and I was able to speak to someone using it within 2 minutes. What is going on, AMA? Using online booking is great, if it only worked for me!
AMA is a horrid insurance company. The service is horrid...you are on hold listening to their ads for over 30 minutes...their insurance prices are higher than almost anyone elses...and their representatives barely know what they are doing...set me up with wrong auto policy...took my money... told me they cant honour the policy...cancels the policy and didnt even tell me they were returning my money....I had to chase them for it. THE SERVICE AT AMA ALL OVER ALBERTA IS ABSOLUTELY HORRID. STAY AWAY FROM AMA INSURANCE. YOU WILL ... read more
Service , pathetically bad. Everything modern on computer. waited over an 45 minutes to be served then told ill have to wait another 50 minutes to renew a drivers license. So sad they have gone this way.
