A bit frustrated with this location! Every agent I have worked with has been professional and kind; however, getting to speak with one of them feels impossible! There are often few registery staff working, despite long lineups, and it seems to require an entire morning or afternoon to make it through. With small kids with me or waiting at home, this location just isn’t working out!
Good reception, and i met a nice people 😊, i would like to thank all of them specially Shannon was very polite and helpful.
Waited 3 hours on hold, only to be hung-up on.
