I arrived on time and have been waiting for over 20minutes. During this time, several people who arrived after me were taken first. I have now been waiting for about 20 minutes without any explanation. This situation is frustrating and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. I hope the waiting order can be better organized in the future.
