I was helped by Jayne Arguelles and she was amazing. So very helpful and kind. After speaking with her asa first time AMA auto customer I plan on bringing all my other services to AMA. She made me feel much more confident with the coverage and that they actually care.
I would give 0 star is possible. - at time of issuing insurance everything is online and fast - they charged 2 months up front with no reason - after 1 month I put a request to cancel my policy and oh boy. Nothing is online. You have to call. - wait time for call 85 minutes and had to try 3 times before success. - But hey, it is 2 days in new pay cycle and now they are asking for the full payment. - and hey no more smiling anymore. Treating you like criminals and constant mails warning about contacting collection companies. ... read more
