Nobody answers the phone. Been onhold for 3 hours. On their website we cannot make the appointment online for vehicle insurance.
Avoid AMA insurance at all costs. They have no respect for paying customers and will lie about costs and increase prices without telling you first. Do not work with Maria. She is unprofessional and does not know what she is doing. There was a clerical error on my file, she guaranteed me that I would not be charged once it was corrected and now I have been informed that I will in fact be charged more even after correcting the error.
