Extremely horrible customer service. Good luck getting anyone except the teleprompter to acknowledge you. Waited on hold four hours 1st time, 1 hour 2nd time and never got through to a single person. Left three emails and never got a response from a single person either. Almost like they think their time is more important and valuable than the people trying to give them money.
