If I could give 0 stars. I had a policy with them for 3 months. Then, I got a registered letter saying they were canceling my policy. Because I didn't disclose to them, that I had a ticket for failure to stop at a stop sign. I did disclose to them that I got a ticket, and I thought I was before the 3 years. So then when I agreed that? Yes, I hadn't had a ticket in 3 years. I honestly was telling the truth. I called them when I received my letter to be pretty much told. If you want to save your money, time and nerves, stay far away from AMA. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Their quotes mean very little, the final prices can be completely different and it feels like every possible fee gets squeezed out of you along the way. What looked like a reasonable deal turned into a frustrating, overpriced mess. Absolutely fumming after waiting 4.5 hours on ***** hold like are you serious, just to be told this years insurances is gonna go up 2100$ and I have no issues or nothing, lmfao what a joke bye bye ama worst customer service ever, never dealt with so much disrespect and bs in my life I can not believe how garbage they were. Sorry for the rant but man you guys are terrible see ya later ✌️
