Went online for a quote. Couldn't get one. Online specifically states higher than normal call volumes, to book an appointment. Couldn't do that either with a "Sorry! Our appointments are currently unavailable. Please call us." Called and waited on hold for 46 minutes before being disconnected. Called the Sherwood Park location multiple times, pressing any and every combination of numbers to finally get through to an ACTUAL HUMAN who transferred me to the insurance department where I spent another 1 hour and 10 minutes on hol... read more
Awful service and communication regarding renewals. Run dont walk away.
The people here at this location are always so nice. I find this is pretty rare with registry and insurance services. I've been with AMA for 15 years now, never a problem.
Waited on hold for 2 hours and nobody picked up. Crazy crazy wait time. I ended up driving down to the nearest location as I was tired of waiting.
