Why even list a phone number? I tried calling multiple times and was left on hold for hours each time. Horrible customer service.
Lana at the Fort McMurray location is an exceptional employee. Long wait times when calling and waiting in person seem to be the norm these days, but dealing with Lana reminded me how one person’s effort can make a real difference. I walked in unhappy and left with a smile — thank you, Lana!
How can an insurance company never answer the phone. Literally 2 weeks calling every day, spending up to 2 hour on hold only for the call to drop. Never again. Finally managed to cancel in person and will never go back
Worst experience. Trying to cancel an auto insurance policy. Waited on hold for 30 minutes, never got through. Went into the Fort McMurray and got turned away over thirty minutes before they closed. Tried to call again the following day and sat on hold for over 2 hours. Wouldn’t recommend.
