Never been more excited to cancel my insurance with Ama. Sad how they were so amazing when I moved to and devolved into what they are today. Basically impossible to talk to anyone in a timely manner. They will claim it’s all companys but can easily talk to an advisor in 15 mins anywhere else. Sold my car and had to pay insurance for weeks until I got a call back. So curious as to why Im being told upwards of a month to be approved for auto insurance. Need insurance to drive required by law so 1 month is quite the set back. Considering how much we pay for insurance.
Not sure why minus ratings aren’t offered because that would be the best thing I would’ve seen from these clowns. If they made 1percent effort to deal with stuff instead if covering up on reviews for the absolute horrible customer service they provide then you probably could be able to deal with them. Now it’s zero on customer service and professional business and 100 on cover up. Don’t waste your time
