Very disappointed with the customer service. I waited on hold for 2.5 hours one day and tried again the next day for another 1.5 hours, and still no one answered the phone. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with important matters like insurance. If you’re considering AMA Motor, be prepared for long wait times and little support.
I wish I could put 0 stars - Don’t waste your time on tenant insurance. I filled out the online quote (picture above) showing me $229 per year for basic tenant insurance, and I checked “no” when asked if I have a membership. I then waited for over 2 hours on hold to buy the insurance because if you’re not a member you can’t purchase it online. Pathetic company to get through on their phone lines. . Wasted three damn days of my time with each day on hold for over 2 hours to the point I just hang up. Thank god I ain’t insured with them! Needed a question answered on a registered letter they sent to my 87 year old father. Ya think they’d have a direct line to reach someone when they send out registered letter with FEDEX.
