I tried to get a quote 3 times, each time I was waiting on hold for 2-3 hours. Awful customer service, no one is answerin. What if I will have some situation on the road? Will you answer my call? And this explanation about government changes they are writing already more than half of a year. You could already hire a few specialists for answering the phone
