Very disappointed with the customer service. I waited on hold for 2.5 hours one day and tried again the next day for another 1.5 hours, and still no one answered the phone. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with important matters like insurance. If you’re considering AMA Motor, be prepared for long wait times and little support.
