Over an hour on hold to talk to an insurance agent. They make you listen to non stop advertisements for themselves at different volumes. You can’t even turn it down or chance missing the agent answer the phone. Ended up hanging up after all this wasted time.
I would give 0 stars if I could. They wasted over 3 hours of our time BEFORE they even dispatched someone. They lied about it. I'll never buy another membership. If you're purchasing the membership for roadside assistance, it's not available. Not to mention that you have to speak with an AI agent and deal with a useless app.
