It's beyond humiliating to have to deal with this company. My emails are ignored, one after another. The hotlines do not work, as I've been trying to reach an agent through them for days at a time, after 8 minutes on the line - it just hangs up and i never end up speaking to anybody on the phone. The only way to talk to any representative is through coming in personally to this place, which is unfruitful to say the least. Hold time is way too long. Trying to change my policy. Better off going somewhere else for insurance.
It is crucial to determine the effectiveness of an AMA company’s customer service. I recently visited AMA West to purchase new insurance, and I waited for an hour and a half. During this time, I observed that the agent was available but not actively engaged in any customer interactions. The same was true for the agent standing next to her.
When I was making an inquiry about a Birth Certificate NO ONE told me about having a membership I was told when I wasted my damn time walking there. Maybe next time tell people
Pathetic company to get through on their phone lines. . Wasted three damn days of my time with each day on hold for over 2 hours to the point I just hang up. Thank god I ain’t insured with them! Needed a question answered on a registered letter they sent to my 87 year old father. Ya think they’d have a direct line to reach someone when they send out registered letter with FEDEX.
