2 hour wait time for Quote Wow
Does nobody answer the phone anymore?
Worst experience ever. We come in at 5, wait for 30 minutes and then they say we cannot take any more people because we close at 6 pm after waiting for almost 35 minutes. I mean how are you guys managing and doing business.
Rick Dvorak was very helpful and professional. He explained everything clearly when we changed our address and added my sister’s vehicle to our insurance.
