I was waiting on the phone for my car insurance since 9 o clock n I still haven’t got no one to help me this is not good
Waited half an hour to setup Alberta healthcare after verifying my citizenship status for my driver's license on a prior visit. They apperantly require citizenship verification for EVERYTHING even if it has already been verified - this is not dispayed on signage or brought to your attention before waiting in line and I didn't bring my passport for this visit because my status had already been verified (by the same location only a week earlier). Huge waste of time.
