Cancelled my Driving Test schedule with no reason and told me I can reschedule it after 3 weeks or cancel it and will take 5days for the refund. Also, ask me 20$ cancellation fee, even though they’re the one who cancelled it first. I don’t have a choice! Didn’t even say sorry!
Very bad customer service. I was treated with rudeness, aggression in the voice. Never seen this before in any place before.
